California Emergent Bilingual Change Agents Network

Teach Plus launched the California Emergent Bilingual Change Agent Network to unite educator leaders from across California as champions and advocates of multilingual learners.

Through this fellowship, educators catalyzed schoolwide changes to better support the needs of dual language learners and English learners in their communities.

This fellowship offers educators the opportunity to:

  • Foster a strong collaborative network

  • Develop untapped talent

  • Accelerate progress at their schools

  • Implement and exemplify best practices for emergent bilingual equity and access in education.

Growing together has allowed these educators to create meaningful change for dual language learners in their communities now, with an impact that lasts a lifetime.
