Statewide Apprenticeship Pathway for ECE Professionals

Early Care & Education Pathways to Success (ECEPTS) identified professional development needs and established a statewide apprenticeship pathway for both current and future ECE professionals to achieve a BA degree.

With support from EBC, ECEPTS offers ECE Professionals incredible resources:

  • An advancement framework based on trends in the field

  • The ECE apprenticeship program to cater to the needs of more advanced workers

  • Courses on supporting Dual Language Learners (DLLs) and addressing anti-bias and anti-racism developed in collaboration with the EDvance program

Their final report shared how institutions can implement this program and offer ECE professionals a path to degrees.
